Serving is InsurCare's passion.   Having completed a career with Fortune 100 companies, David started a second chapter in his career when he was diagnosed with Lymphoma.  He completed his practicum, tested, and became a licensed nursing home administrator during this period.  That led to being president of a company that provided dental services in nursing homes in a three-state area.  He realized the aging population did not understand Medicare and its benefits. During that time, David began specializing in ground and air insurance policy coverage, which led to a full line of insurance supplements. David Goubeaux founded  InsurCare to help others. 

Today, InsurCare offers a complete line of insurance supplements to provide comprehensive coverage for all our clients' needs. We are dedicated to serving our clients with compassion, expertise, and the highest level of care.
